Annet is a registered Ugandan Architect. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree and is pursuing

an Executive Master in Innovative Governance of Large Urban Systems. With over seven years of

experience managing complex urban development projects and collaborating with stakeholders,

international/local consultants, and industry actors at different spatial scales, she has served in both

design and planning-oriented roles. Annet currently works as a National Technical Assistant for

Espelia on the Uganda Secondary Cities Program.
